Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading core integrations to enhance product scalability, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap for mission-critical projects while collaborating with engineers and designers to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the integration ecosystem, balancing immediate wins with long-term goals
• Work closely with architects and engineers to define secure and scalable integrations, conducting architecture reviews to ensure performance efficiency
• Translate business needs into actionable PRDs and user stories, managing the end-to-end traceability process in Jira and Confluence

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in technical product management, focusing on APIs and large-scale platform development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of defining and launching RESTful APIs, SDKs, or integration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Solid understanding of observability and monitoring best practices for product performance
