Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving successful product delivery, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, focusing on defining the product backlog, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and customer needs while defining and maintaining the product roadmap
• Write detailed business requirement documentation and user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria for development efforts
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather user feedback to continuously improve product features and user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment
• SAFe (SA) certification, CSPO, or equivalent preferred
• Experience in project management tools and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
