Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic goals in a remote environment, the full-time Technical Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, collaborate with engineering teams to define technical solutions, and utilize data analysis to inform product development focused on scheduling solutions and patient experience applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain the product roadmap, aligning features and updates with business objectives
• Collaborate with engineers to define technical solutions and evaluate trade-offs for feasibility
• Use data analysis to inform the product roadmap and resolve ad hoc issues

Required qualifications

• BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
