Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Product Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced software integration and automation solutions for the oil and gas industry, acting as the primary liaison between engineering teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile practices, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning, to foster continuous improvement
• Manage multiple projects by developing comprehensive plans, defining milestones, and optimizing resource allocation
• Proactively identify and resolve dependencies and blockers to maintain project delivery velocity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Chemical, Electrical, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, product development, or technical program/project management
• Strong technical acumen to discuss design tradeoffs and system architecture with engineering teams
• Desirable domain knowledge in oil and gas, hydraulic theory, fluid dynamics, and advanced control
