Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of an AI platform, the full-time Technical Product Manager will manage end-to-end product development and collaborate with engineers to enhance customer experiences, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end development process for the AI platform, from roadmap creation to rollout
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks that optimize performance
• Act as a technical translator between engineering and the organization, establishing best practices for AI implementation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Demonstrated interest in modern LLM systems and AI technologies
• Proven ability to navigate technical trade-offs and implement AI platform standards
• Experience transforming complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis to validate hypotheses and drive data-driven decisions
