Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of integrations, the full-time Technical Product Manager will lead the product lifecycle, manage Agile processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform's connection with enterprise Human Capital Management systems, primarily focusing on Workday, in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery and lifecycle management, validating customer needs and overseeing integration from concept to launch
• Serve as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies, managing the backlog and prioritizing feature requests based on KPIs
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and deployment playbooks for new integrations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role focused on API products or integration platforms
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies, including REST APIs, SOAP, and webhooks
• Hands-on familiarity with the Workday ecosystem, including Workday Web Services and data models
• Experience with security protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML
• Ability to map complex data flows and communicate effectively with technical teams
