Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a key liaison among business teams, customers, and engineering, the full-time Technical Product Manager will manage product feedback intake, prioritize issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance product usability and drive improvements in AI-driven advertising technology, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intake and triage process for product feedback and issues
• Investigate reported problems, distinguishing between bugs, usability concerns, and feature requests
• Write clear product requirements and coordinate implementation with engineering and data science teams

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Solutions Engineering
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams and strong understanding of SaaS products
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Experience writing detailed product requirements and user stories
• Familiarity with AI, AdTech, MarTech, DSPs, SSPs, or digital advertising is highly preferred
