Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the definition, design, and delivery of AI-powered technology solutions, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage product backlogs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop innovative virtual assistant capabilities to enhance consumer digital experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Decompose high-level business capabilities into features, requirements, and user stories
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business and technology strategies
• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions, focusing on conversational AI and proactive engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience in technical product management or related fields
• 3+ years of experience with NICE CXone products or capabilities
• 2+ years of experience utilizing Agile methodologies to manage product backlogs
• 1+ years of experience managing or designing products driven by AI or automation
• Experience partnering with cross-functional technical teams to launch features
