Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive the architectural decisions for an AI platform, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage prompt consolidation, prioritize chatbot development, and influence emerging technology investments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for migrating prompts onto a unified platform
• Own the technical prioritization queue for chatbot development, ensuring team coordination
• Track and evaluate emerging AI technologies to guide investment decisions and partnerships

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering
• Strong understanding of AI systems, particularly modern LLMs
• Experience turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and validation
• Proven ability to navigate technical tradeoffs in system architecture discussions
