Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the critical bridge between engineering execution and customer-ready software, the Technical Product Manager will define MVP scope, drive the product roadmap, and maintain an always-on demo environment in a hybrid or remote role with 10-20% travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the MVP cut line for each product, preventing scope creep and pre-launch feature drift
• Own the product roadmap across the full portfolio in collaboration with engineering teams
• Translate customer requirements into prioritized engineering tickets while conducting structured user research to inform product decisions

Required qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
• 5+ years of product management or equivalent product delivery experience
• Demonstrated experience taking a product from zero to one in a complex organization with competing priorities
• Proven track record of shipping software to paying customers, understanding the difference between capability and readiness for sale
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent hands-on product experience
