Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of healthcare-focused software solutions, the full-time contracted Technical Product Manager will guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for product-related inquiries and manage the product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers and QA to ensure product quality and timely releases
• Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and manage the manual testing team's structure and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in user research and synthesizing insights in the healthcare or health technology industry
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in analytics to inform product decisions
• Extensive experience in Agile environments and managing conflicting priorities
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
• Proficiency with Jira and cloud-based architectures
