Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning and scaling the AI-native BESS end-to-end tooling, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage the product lifecycle from proposal to operation, collaborating with sales and customers to enhance battery storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale the BESS proposal-to-operation toolchain to drive efficient deployment of commercial and industrial batteries
• Deeply analyze co-optimization to create competitive proposals that address battery sizing and market participation
• Operate as both PM and engineer, prototyping and validating features in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on battery storage
• Direct experience in the battery storage space, with fluency in co-optimization and market value generation
• Hands-on familiarity with AI agents and workflows, including experience in building or automating processes
• Proven ability to prototype and iterate on product features based on customer feedback
• Strong written communication skills for creating PRDs and strategic documents
