Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic insights and support various business lines, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will collaborate with analytics teams and stakeholders to define project goals, manage complex analytics products, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business owners and analytics leaders to establish a shared vision and articulate project goals
• Manage program operations and lead complex, multi-stakeholder project management while implementing governance structures
• Write detailed user stories, manage sprints and backlogs in Jira, and develop short- and long-term product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics, product management, or related technology roles within healthcare organizations or SaaS platforms
• Experience with Agile methodology and proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA
• Strong skills in writing specifications, technical documentation, and user stories
• Experience in evaluating workflows, conducting user research, and using data for decision-making
• Familiarity with analytics methods and basic coding languages such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus
