Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of program and technical program managers, the remote Technical Product Manager will own the integrated Revenue Operations roadmap, drive system enhancements, and manage change within the Sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers across technical delivery and strategy
• Own the integrated Revenue Operations roadmap, prioritizing and sequencing work across various systems
• Translate strategy into actionable programs by partnering with Sales and cross-functional leaders to scope problems and define success metrics

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Technical Product Management, including 2-3 years of formal people management
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business
• Technical expertise in Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration and pricing logic
• Demonstrated success in leading the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for Sales tech stack improvements
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and drive change management within a matrixed environment
