Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of the conversational automation tool Rose, the full-time Technical Product Manager will partner with clinical operations teams to identify and prioritize use cases, manage project plans, and analyze performance data to enhance healthcare accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical teams to gather and prioritize requirements for Rose's use cases
• Maintain project plans, ensuring clear communication of priorities and timelines to stakeholders
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and inform the product roadmap

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex products from development through implementation
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver measurable outcomes in a cross-functional environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and CMS compliance
