Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting modernization efforts, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will manage platform enablement, infrastructure, and DevSecOps capabilities for application development teams in a complex federal technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Help application development teams prioritize needs related to shared platform and infrastructure capabilities
• Structure incoming requests into clear problems, requirements, and backlog items while facilitating alignment across stakeholders
• Translate technical work into product outcomes and stakeholder-facing artifacts, balancing urgent requests with investments in reusable patterns

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in senior product management or technical product ownership
• Experience with platform, infrastructure, DevSecOps, or AI-enabled product delivery
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous technical work into clear priorities and workflows
• Comfort working closely with technical teams and stakeholders
• Ability to meet public trust clearance requirements
