Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and execution for internal systems in the FieldView platform domain, the full-time Technical Product Manager will engage with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, facilitate design reviews, and enhance platform adoption while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal services, ensuring alignment with technical trends and stakeholder needs
• Author high-quality Features and User Stories, managing the backlog and driving execution readiness through effective PI Planning
• Serve as the primary point of contact for platform capabilities, facilitating communication and collaboration across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner in software/platform engineering
• Strong technical fluency in identity and access management concepts, including authentication and authorization
• Proven ability to write high-quality product artifacts and manage Agile backlog with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) PI Planning and cross-team coordination
