Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Acting as the primary advocate for customers, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch, manage the product backlog, and lead Agile ceremonies while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for major system issues and product-related inquiries while managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Lead Agile ceremonies, collaborate with developers and QA, and communicate the value of new features to internal teams and clients
• Oversee the manual testing team and direct MIPS Services in line with financial and strategic objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in user research and synthesizing insights related to healthcare or health technology
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to inform product decisions
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
• Extensive experience gathering, documenting, and communicating detailed requirements
• Proficiency with Jira and deep experience working in Agile environments
