Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S., the full-time salaried Technical Product Manager will serve as the primary bridge between business and technology teams, focusing on backlog prioritization, translating business needs into user stories, and driving Agile delivery to enhance Advocate Central's capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Owns backlog prioritization and aligns the product roadmap with business objectives
• Translates customer insights and business needs into actionable user stories and requirements
• Drives Agile delivery while managing dependencies and ensuring solutions provide measurable business value

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management or technical product ownership
• 3+ years of experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices
• 3+ years of experience managing product backlogs and prioritization across stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
