Job Summary

To enhance customer experience through innovative solutions, the full-time Technical Product Manager will manage product discovery, advocate for innovation, and collaborate with engineering teams while focusing on internal platform development and operational tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own product discovery, including ROI analysis and prototyping
• Advocate for innovation areas to department leadership
• Manage the product roadmap and delivery schedule while collaborating with engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or similar technical roles
• Experience building internal platforms and operational tools to improve business efficiency
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, technical environments and embrace ambiguity
