Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product direction for a Pod, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager will engage with brokers, carriers, and customers to identify key issues, translate insights into actionable initiatives, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive product outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a Pod, discovering and prioritizing problems worth solving
• Break initiatives into launchable projects, writing high-level product requirements and collaborating with engineering leads
• Drive adoption of delivered products through documentation, training, and monitoring usage metrics

Required qualifications

• Experience owning a product area in insurtech, B2B SaaS, or regulated industries
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and measuring outcomes post-launch
• Experience redesigning workflows with AI integration and understanding human involvement in processes
• Technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering teams on AI tools
• Domain knowledge or strong motivation to learn about the Managing General Agent (MGA) model in insurance
