Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Managing a diverse portfolio of IT operations and security projects, the full-time Technical Product Manager will lead the Operations workstream for a large federal technology program, focusing on infrastructure modernization and compliance initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact with the VA Operations lead, fostering a collaborative relationship
- Maintain a prioritized roadmap for approximately 15 Operations projects, incorporating ROI, risk, and technical dependencies
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, overseeing delivery across various technologies while coordinating with technical leads
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience managing technology products and/or projects
- Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure, security, or IT operations-focused technology projects
- Familiarity with enterprise technology environments, including Linux, Windows, Oracle, Salesforce, and AWS
- Experience building and maintaining product/project roadmaps and managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
