Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and technically-fluent, the full-time Associate Technical Product Manager will own planning and execution for tactical features and improvements within the Contracts product, manage user-reported issues, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Customer Success in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own requirements and execution for tactical features and improvements within the Contracts product, from scoping through engineering handoff and launch
• Triage confirmed issue reports, feedback, and feature requests in partnership with Engineering
• Identify themes across support tickets and escalations, translating high-impact issues into engineering-ready requirements

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle or health tech, with a background in managed care contracts and healthcare reimbursement
• Experience managing inbound customer requests in partnership with Product, Customer Success, and/or Engineering
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with the ability to create structure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
