Job Summary
Providing technical expertise for downstream biologics manufacturing, the full-time Technical Product Manager will advise customers on chromatography applications and support purification processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical expertise and support for downstream biologics manufacturing and chromatography applications
- Advise customers on resin selection, cleaning, storage, regeneration, and process optimization
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to guide product strategy and support sales efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of downstream biologics manufacturing and chromatography
- Experience with purification technologies and resin lifecycle management
- Familiarity with GMP environments and biologics manufacturing processes
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills for customer-facing interactions
