Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

The remote Technical Product Manager will lead product strategy and lifecycle management for enterprise platforms related to revenue operations, focusing on optimizing workflow efficiency and data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver automation-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks and communicating product roadmaps
• Lead scoping discussions and translate user and business needs into clear user stories
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and support design and development activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with technical products in healthcare or software integration
• Strong experience with Salesforce ecosystems, billing platforms, and order to cash processes
• Proven ability to manage financial, billing, and reimbursement workflows, including compliance-driven requirements
• Experience in automation and integrations leveraging AI, with a solid understanding of APIs and cloud services
