Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative software products, the remote contract Technical Product Manager will manage product features from ideation to launch, split time between coding and product strategy, and collaborate with technical teams to create effective solutions for client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Own product features and new products from idea to shipped, setting the roadmap and prioritizing development tasks
- Build hands-on code dashboards, internal tools, and automations while utilizing AI-assisted technologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile cycle to maintain a focused backlog and drive product improvements
Required qualifications
- A software engineering background with hands-on coding experience
- 2-4 years in product management, engineering, or a closely related role with experience in shipping software end to end
- Proficiency with AI and LLMs, including experience building with Claude
- Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience, including backlog ownership and writing clear specifications
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and software architecture
