Technical Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of an AI-powered customer experience, the full-time Technical Product Manager, AI will manage the end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences remotely, partnering with engineers to design strategies and drive improvements in automation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and global rollout of the AI platform and customer experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and establish AI best practices
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates through experimentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and experience in a regulated production environment
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for validating hypotheses
• Strong track record of transforming complex ideas into scalable products
