Technical Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Leading the development of an AI platform, the full-time Technical Product Manager, AI will manage end-to-end processes from roadmap creation to rollout, collaborating remotely with engineers to enhance customer experiences and automate services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences
• Collaborate with engineers to design prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks
• Act as a technical translator between engineering and the broader organization, establishing AI best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest and experience with modern LLM systems
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards
• Strong background in transforming complex ideas into scalable products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis to validate hypotheses
