Technical Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Leading the development of an AI platform, the full-time Technical Product Manager, AI will manage end-to-end product development, collaborate with engineers on prompt strategies, and serve as a technical translator within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences from roadmap to rollout
• Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and establish AI best practices
• Drive systematic improvements in answer quality and automation rates through rigorous experimentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting or technical product management at a fast-paced startup
• Proven interest in modern LLM systems and ability to navigate technical tradeoffs
• Experience translating complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data-driven decision-making
• Strong understanding of API design and system architecture
