Job Summary

Driving the future of AI product development, the full-time Technical Product Manager, AI will manage the integration of AI technologies into customer-facing products while overseeing prompt consolidation and chatbot prioritization in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for migrating prompts onto a unified platform, coordinating with engineering and operations teams
• Manage the technical prioritization queue for chatbot features, ensuring team alignment and efficiency
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and maintain relationships with partners like OpenAI to influence investment decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as technical product management or forward deployed engineering at a fast-paced startup
• Strong understanding of AI systems, particularly modern LLMs
• Experience in transforming complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for validating hypotheses
• Ability to engage in technical discussions regarding API design and system architecture
