Technical Product Manager, AI

Job Summary

Owning the Agentic SDLC framework roadmap, the full-time remote Technical Product Manager, AI will manage improvements to the AI capability platform, extend workflows into Professional Services, and productize tools for non-technical teams to utilize AI effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and ship enhancements to the Agentic SDLC framework for product development pods
• Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to integrate agentic workflows into implementation projects
• Develop and maintain the Clariti AI harness, ensuring non-technical teams can effectively use AI in their workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management, platform engineering, or applied AI roles
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and eval-driven iteration
• A platform mindset focused on improving team throughput and adoption of tools
• Proven ability to make technology accessible for non-technical users
• Strong written communication skills for creating specs and enablement content
