Technical Product Manager, EDI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Manager, EDI.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the EDI product lead, driving strategy and execution for eligibility and benefits file formats
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of EDI file processing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and user impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• SAFe (SA) certification, CSPO, or equivalent preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a TPM, Product Owner, or related role in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Proven experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations and familiarity with 834 and 270/271 transactions
• Experience in healthcare is preferred
