Technical Product Manager, MedTech

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the Technical Product Manager, MedTech will lead a team of engineers in the creation and management of data transformations and integrations within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework, ensuring data integrity and quality while collaborating with business experts to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain data and integration standards, leading the development of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and ensuring end-to-end data quality
• Drive the design and implementation of integration architectures across core systems, promoting modern integration patterns for scalable data exchange
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables, mentoring team members, managing deployment processes, and supporting the Technical Product Owner in defining user stories

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in software development, data engineering, or a related technical domain
• Demonstrable experience in leading technical teams and managing projects in a regulated environment
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools, along with a solid understanding of data modeling and data migration strategies
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL, and knowledge of PLM applications, particularly PTC Windchill
