Job Summary

Owning the narrative for Anza's technical advancements, the full-time Technical Product Marketing Manager will coordinate major product launches, manage release cycles, and translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for the Solana ecosystem while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end launches for significant projects, including narrative development and content production
• Drive marketing efforts for the Agave release cycle, ensuring consistent messaging and quality across all platforms
• Translate technical changes into accessible content for validators and developers, including writing launch posts and supporting materials

Required qualifications

• Background in engineering or extensive technical marketing experience in infrastructure or protocol-level crypto
• Demonstrated technical fluency with the ability to interpret code descriptions and technical specifications
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder product launches
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both engineers and non-experts
• Knowledge and passion for the Solana and Web3 ecosystems, with familiarity in relevant technical concepts
