Technical Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing data products that impact the efficiency and safety of autonomy in vehicles, the full-time Technical Product Operations Manager will manage simulation and test issue workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the data product supporting simulation and test issue management, ensuring accuracy and scalability
• Maintain and evolve issue categories through collaboration with simulation partners to ensure high-quality protocol data
• Identify gaps and refine issue definitions while supporting the creation of metrics and dashboards for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance, business operations, or similar analytical environments
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in complex, rapidly evolving domains involving data products or operational workflows
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing metrics and KPIs
• Familiarity with SQL for data querying and analysis
