Technical Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To drive growth and enhance product quality, the full-time Technical Product Operations Specialist will support program execution strategies, optimize data analysis through SQL, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support program execution strategy for multiple products, including project initiation and quality improvement through technical solutions
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze product data, identifying trends and insights for informed business decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and support real-time decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or technical product operations
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write advanced queries, including CTEs and data transformations
• Experience with AI Agents and AI-assisted workflows, including prompting and iterating with AI tools
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, with skills in complex formulas and automated workflows
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and a self-starter mentality, capable of driving projects independently
