Technical Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Technical Product Operations Specialist will manage program execution strategies, write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, and build dashboards to communicate insights, all while working remotely for a temporary duration of five months.

Key responsibilities

• Support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms, enhancing quality and outcomes through technical solutions
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze product data, identifying trends that inform business decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and support real-time decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management with a focus on technical product operations
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including CTEs, window functions, and data transformations
• Experience with AI tools and workflows, demonstrating fluency in leveraging AI for task automation
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
