Technical Product Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Technical Product Operations Specialist will support program execution strategies for multiple products, optimize SQL queries for data analysis, and build dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Support program execution strategy for multiple products and platforms, enhancing quality and outcomes through technical solutions
- Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze product data, identifying trends that inform business decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and support real-time decision-making
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management with a focus on technical product operations
- Proficient in SQL, capable of writing advanced queries including CTEs, window functions, and data transformations
- Experience with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows, comfortable using AI tools to accelerate work
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with a self-starter mentality, able to work independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
