Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Owner for Platform Modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, architects, SMEs, engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams
• Lead end-to-end requirements discovery, including stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and system documentation
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, drive sprint planning, and ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst in healthcare, preferably with Medicare/Medicaid
• Strong ability to understand technical discussions and translate architectural concepts for business teams
• Hands-on experience documenting legacy system behavior and defining modernization requirements
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills; ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment
