Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner to lead requirements discovery and modernization efforts for a legacy healthcare platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, architects, SMEs, engineering teams, QA, and cross-functional departments
• Lead end-to-end requirements discovery, including stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and system behavior documentation
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; drive sprint planning and cross-team coordination to ensure timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as a Technical Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst in healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid, claims, or eligibility systems preferred
• Strong ability to understand technical discussions and translate architectural concepts for business teams
• Hands-on experience documenting legacy system behavior and defining modernization requirements
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently in a cross-department environment
