Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Owner (Spec-Driven Development & AI).

Key Responsibilities:

Own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined and ready for execution
Lead sprint planning sessions and represent the product in daily standups and sprint reviews
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered work meets acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development
Strong background working with Agile/Scrum development teams
Proficiency with AI tools for user story creation and documentation
Expert-level experience with backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
