Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Owner (Spec-Driven Development) to bridge product strategy and engineering delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring clarity and readiness for execution
• Lead sprint planning and represent the product in daily standups and reviews
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered work meets acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development
• Strong background working with Agile/Scrum development teams
• Proficiency with AI tools for user story creation and documentation
• Expert-level experience with backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
