Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Owner to support marketing communication fulfillment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for platform capabilities
• Gather and document requirements for IT development teams, including business rules and workflow needs
• Map current-state and future-state workflows across messaging fulfillment systems

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, MarTech, or a related technical or operational role
• Functional understanding of communication fulfillment or document composition platforms such as SmartCOMM or OpenText
• Experience documenting workflows and translating business rules into technical requirements
• Familiarity with Agile practices, backlog management, and iterative delivery
