Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Owner to support NOAA.

Key Responsibilities:

Define, refine, and prioritize user stories with clear technical acceptance criteria
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development/engineering
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to deployment

Required Qualifications:

BS/BA in an appropriate field or equivalent experience
5-7 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and databases
Experience with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., Jira)
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
