Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Product Owner to drive the development and enhancement of critical business systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical product owner for assigned systems, maximizing value delivered by development teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and guiding development teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Software Engineer focused on enterprise software systems
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL and relational database management systems
• Proven experience with Salesforce Apex code development and understanding of Salesforce and ServiceNow APIs
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
