Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning and managing the OneTrust platform, the full-time Technical Product Owner will focus on privacy capabilities, translating regulatory requirements into scalable solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the product owner and primary administrator for the OneTrust instance, supporting key Privacy and Third-Party Management workstreams
• Own the platform backlog, roadmap, and prioritization, while configuring and maintaining OneTrust modules related to privacy automation and cookie consent management
• Partner with privacy, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders to operationalize privacy requirements and maintain privacy inventories and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OneTrust configuration and administration
• Deep understanding of privacy programs and regulatory obligations such as GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
• Experience managing platform backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization
• Familiarity with integrations, data imports/exports, and automation processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including solution architects and engineering teams
