Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

To support a growing IT team, the full-time Technical Product Owner will define, manage, and deliver product requirements in a remote, AI-first development environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Director to align initiatives with the product roadmap
• Translate business and technical needs into structured, implementation-ready specifications
• Own the lifecycle of specifications, including creation, refinement, and validation using tools like Kiro

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience translating business needs into product requirements and scalable solutions
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Hands-on experience with development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitHub
• Prior experience with AWS-based cloud solutions and AI capabilities
