Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

Supporting a growing enterprise systems portfolio, the contract Technical Product Owner will manage the strategic development and delivery of ERP, HRIS, and CRM products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for enterprise systems products, particularly Salesforce
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and manage the product backlog
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related technology experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in solutioning complex business solutions architecture focused on Cloud Native platforms
• Understanding of modern data stacks, data platforms, and tools (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, APIs)
• Experience participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Proven ability to establish and track KPIs to measure product success
