Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

To drive automation and governance across enterprise platforms, the full-time Technical Product Owner - Business Systems will manage core systems like Aha!, Azure DevOps, and Miro while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the system owner for core business platforms and define governance frameworks aligned with enterprise strategy
• Administer system configurations, workflows, and integrations to enhance platform performance and data integrity
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into optimized system designs and lead training initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience administering Aha!, Azure DevOps (ADO), and Miro
• Strong expertise in workflows, permissions, and automation within enterprise platforms
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery practices
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including product, finance, and HR teams
