Technical Product Owner

Job Summary

To drive product strategy and execution, the full-time Technical Product Owner will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams, defining product requirements, managing the product backlog, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable software solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities while partnering with stakeholders to identify market opportunities
• Maintain, prioritize, and groom the product backlog, leading sprint planning and product demonstrations within Agile development teams
• Gather and validate requirements from customers and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a related role
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with APIs and system integrations
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
